Perseverance

Perseverance can be tough

Sometimes I think OK enough

Then You say run the race

Look to Me, see my face

Dont give up, do not quit

Cry a little, have a fit

Keep on doing the next right thing

Great gifts to you I will bring

Trust that I know all you need

Persevere and you will succeed

Success beyond what you could dream

Things are not always as they seem

Nothing in My world happens by chance

Look beyond the circumstance

You are right where you belong

Trust in Me, you cant go wrong

Fix your eyes, and you will see

It is the way its supposed to be

All things happen as they should

All things work together for Good.

Welcome

We welcome all who have come to worship this morning.  If you are a visitor, please consider yourself a welcome guest.  We would like to know who you are.  If you would like us to know who you are, please sign the attendance register when it is passed, and hang around for coffee and fellowship after the service.

Information for our visitors

We have nursery care during the service for infants through 3 year olds.  In the fall, our Childrens Church for kids age 4 through grade 5 will reconvene.  After coffee hour, there is Sunday school for all ages.  Check with an usher or staff member for info on classes.

Attention adults!  The Board of Christian Ed has planned a fun filled evening for the night of September 18th.  We will be enjoying a good time and fellowship together as we take on a scavenger hunt.  All adults are invited to meet up at the church beginning at 6:30 p.m. to go out and hit the town in search of a few items.  Once weve searched, well be meeting back at the church to enjoy some snacks.  To sign up or get

more information, please see Jody Csaki during coffee time.

The Board of Christian Education is considering the Sunday school options for the fall and investigating the addition of an intergenerational adult Sunday school class.  This class would focus on a structured teacher-directed Bible study.  This class would be designed for college and career adults through retired adults.  There would be some discussion, but limited, since this class is planned to be more teacher-led.  If you might have interest in attending such a class in the fall, please contact Marty Daniels or Connie Robinson.

The Board of Christian Education is planning to add a Toddler/Preschool class in the fall.  If you have a child (family member) in that age group, please let Kim Holbrook know of your interest
